During the initial call, your dedicated Patient Access Coordinator will assist you with scheduling your appointment and beginning the health insurance verification process by verifying your health insurance plan eligibility and benefits.
We will confirm your insurance benefits, eligibility and patient responsibility.
We will request insurance authorization for your visit, if applicable.
You will receive an accurate, detailed bill for the services performed.
Once your dedicated Patient Access Coordinator confirms your health insurance eligibility and benefits, and you decide to become a patient, we will help you schedule an in-person or telemedicine appointment — your initial appointment may be scheduled for the same day or within 24 hours of your initial call.
